Recognized as a key source for unique international marketing data, Passport GMID can also appeal across academic disciplines: management, communications, economics, social sciences, international studies, geography, environmental studies and public policy among others. DePaul Library has subscribed to this database from Euromonitor for several years but we only recently upgraded our access to include all premium content.

Like other resources branded as international in scope, its easy to overlook the extensive domestic analysis offered. Topical country-specific articles that provide insight into current political, economic and social issues are prominently featured. A typical country insight article may look at topics such as rising unemployment rates, declining housing values and the economic weakening across the globe. Statistics and analysis across industries, countries and consumers are updated continually ensuring that users have access to the latest content. Data are internationally comparable due to robust and consistent research methodologies.
