Results from the survey included praise for the strong service orientation of the library staff and recognition of good performance in delivering a variety of services to faculty and students &#8212; including reference and research assistance with student assignments, instruction and delivery of research materials (see\u00a0chart below). Faculty concerns expressed in the survey included comments about collection depth, difficulty navigating the library website, and locating electronic material efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>We thank you for your feedback and view your responses and specific comments as opportunities to improve our services to meet your specific curricular needs. A number of specific comments about collection issues have already been addressed and in response to\u00a0your feedback, the library has initiated this quarterly electronic newsletter for faculty.
