DePaul&#8217;s subscription to <em>Credo Reference <\/em>has been recently upgraded from 100 e-reference books to approximately 500 titles in an effort to increase online access to basic reference information.<\/div>\n<p>To find <em>Credo Reference<\/em>, search for it by name in the search box on the left side of the Libraries&#8217; homepage.<\/p>\n<p><em>Women&#8217;s Studies International<\/em> has replaced the DePaul Libraries&#8217; subscription to the<em>Contemporary Women&#8217;s Issues<\/em> database allowing more robust search results on women&#8217;s and gender issues in the areas of sociology, history, political science and economy, public policy, international relations, arts and humanities, business and education.<\/p>\n<p>Type: &#8220;Women&#8217;s Studies International&#8221; in the search box on the left side of the Libraries&#8217; homepage, OR find the link on the <a href=\"http:\/\/libguides.depaul.edu\/wgs\" target=\"_blank\">Women&#8217;s and Gender Studies subject guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>DePaul now provides online access to<em> Scientific American<\/em>, a premier journal on scientific discovery and technological innovation. A new <em>Scientific American<\/em> e-journal subscription and backfile has replaced the DePaul Libraries&#8217; previous <em>Scientific American Archives<\/em> database subscription, now providing cover-to-cover PDF full-text content for both individual journal issue browsing, and keyword searching across all issues of the journal.<\/p>\n<p>To find <em>Scientific American<\/em> search for it by name in the box on the left side of the Libraries&#8217; homepage or click &#8220;Journal Articles&#8221; and type &#8220;Scientific American&#8221; then select &#8220;Nature Journals Online.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Credo Reference is a full-text online collection of reference books including dictionaries, encyclopedias, quotation books and biographies.
