Question: I am looking for scholarly articles related to employee perceptions on religion in the workplace, negative or positive.
Answer: Try a simple search in the database Business Source Complete that combines Religion AND Workplace. When you skim those results you should note that there exists an actual subject term “religion in the workplace”. Here’s a search that leverages that precise phrase, with results limited to scholarly journals.
Be careful. Not every article in these results is in fact “scholarly.” The database sorting feature on the left side bar of options looks for scholarly journals. You’ll need to focus on those citations that indicate longer articles (short, 2-3 page articles typically are not going to be “scholarly”), multiple authors and/or most importantly: scholarly articles will have references at the end.
