New Library Resources for Learning Across Campus

softballreadThe DePaul University Library partners with campus colleagues each year to promote reading and the use of library resources to extend learning opportunities in the co-curriculum. This spring, we are excited to offer new resources related to our work with DePaul Athletics, the President’s Book Club, and the DePaul Art Museum.

First, we continue our collaboration with DePaul Athletics on the READ poster campaign, where we highlight some the favorite books of DePaul faculty, coaches, and athletes. Our partners this spring are members of the DePaul Women’s Softball team.

Second, we welcome the return of the President’s Book Club with a new research guide. The PBC research guide will not only help you to learn more about the subject of this quarter’s selection, Our Kids: The American Dream in Crisis, but will help you to find related materials as well as to review previous President’s Book Club selections.

Finally, if you are planning to attend upcoming exhibitions by Barbara Rossi and Tony Fitzpatrick at the DePaul Art Museum, either for a class or on your own, you can learn more about the artists and their work in our newest DePaul Art Museum Research Guide.

At DePaul, we know that teaching and learning take place all around the campus, and we are proud to partner with so many colleagues to ensure that the library is there to support your learning wherever you find it. Do you have an idea for a program on campus that might benefit from opportunities to partner with DePaul librarians? If so, please contact your liaison librarians and let them know.
