A handy new LibrarySearch feature is now available to help you find materials more easily.
The “Map It” feature provides a detailed snapshot of where items are found in the DePaul University Library. When a search is entered using the search box on the Library homepage, the results now include a button marked “Map it.”
When the “Map It” button is pushed, a pop-up window opens giving you not only the call number of the item, but where it can be found in the Library with details including which floor it is on and the aisle number in which it is located.
This feature works for all DePaul University Libraries. Use it today to make your research needs easier and more convenient. If an item is not located where the “Map It” feature directs you, please let us know at the Access Services desk or look for Text a Librarian signs posted throughout the Library and we will assist you in locating it.
