Looking for a fun book to help pass the Chicago winter woes? Blind Date with a Book in the John T. Richardson Library is your chance to “meet cute” with your next literary passion!
This year’s Blind Date with a Book event will take place on Wednesday February 14, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on the first floor of the JTR Library. Each book has a brief ‘dating profile’ for you to browse and comes with a free library tote bag, swag, and a sweet treat inside! Library staff will be available to check out books, and you can simply return the book to either the JTR or Loop Library when you’re finished.
We will also have Valentine’s cards and supplies available all week on the first floor of the John T. Richardson Library, so stop by and make a card for someone special!
