The John T. Richardson Library and the Loop Library will both reopen with reduced hours on Thursday, 1\/2.<\/p>\n<p><b>Saturday, 12\/21 through Wednesday, 1\/1:<\/b><br \/>\nLibrary Closed<\/p>\n<p><b>Thursday, 1\/2 and Friday, 1\/3:<\/b><br \/>\nJohn T.
