There, he met a librarian in person, learned about library resources and was able to ask any questions of our staff. The raffle required students to visit the library and was engineered to help them become familiar with the library’s services and staff before using the library for any classes.

Singer reflected on his DePaul experience thus far: “While I may be suffering from the glitz of being in a new and exciting place, I am enjoying my time at DePaul quite a bit. The environment that is here on campus is hard to describe, but it feels right. I think that means that DePaul does a good job at creating a culture and a community.”

If you didn’t win the raffle prize, you can still try out an e-reader courtesy of the library. The John T.
