The Science and Math Learning Center<\/a> provides chemistry tutoring and Supplemental Instruction<\/a> holds review sessions for historically difficult classes. Tutors from the Language Learning Center<\/a> are available to habla, parle, or speak with you a in a number of languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese, Greek (Ancient), Russian, and Spanish. For all your writing needs, meet with the tutors from the University Center for Writing-based Learning<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you like company while you study, come to a Study Jam sponsored by the Office of Multicultural Student Success<\/a> (OMSS). Study Jams are collaborative study sessions designed to create a sense of community among academically-focused students of color, first generation students,\u00a0participants in cultural student organizations, and participants involved in OMSS programs. Study Jams also feature tutors in math and writing.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re preparing for the TAP (Test of Academic Proficiency) or to get a job (instead of or in addition to studying for midterms), the Learning Commons offers services for that, too. The College of Education\u2019s Academic Success Center<\/a> holds monthly TAP Boot Camps and the Career Center<\/a> provides weekly Resume Drive Thrus.<\/p>\n
