The librarian helped clarify the topic, and they searched through\u00a0 Business Source Complete\u00a0with the terms generation Y AND baby boom AND millennials, combined with the subject term for human resources: personnel management. The results from the search were just what the researcher needed!<\/p>\n<figure class=\"unitRight insertImg size1of4\"><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"unitRight insertImg size1of4\"><\/figure>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-693 size-medium\" title=\"The Basilica of St.Francis of Assisi: Glory and Destruction book cover\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/news.library.depaul.press\/full-text\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2014\/05\/basilica.jpg?resize=213%2C300&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"213\" height=\"300\" \/>A student looking for information about the Basilica of San Francesco dAssisi was coming up empty. The librarian suggested starting with an encyclopedia, picking one listed on either our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/libguides.depaul.edu\/religiousstudies\">Religious Studies Research Guide<\/a>\u00a0or our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/libguides.depaul.edu\/art\">Art History Research Guide<\/a>.
