Here\u2019s an in-depth look at one of the research questions we received at the Research Help Desk in the last month.<\/p>\n
Question:<\/strong> If I wanted to access one of the peer reviewed journals, but I’m not using DePaul\u2019s Wi-Fi, how would I be able to sign in to get access?<\/p>\nAnswer:<\/strong> As long as you’re accessing journals\/databases from the DePaul Library’s website, they’ll be available to you both on and off campus regardless of the wireless network you\u2019re using. However, if you’re off-campus, you’ll be asked to enter your Campus Connect username and password just before you’re connected to a database. That way the database knows you’re affiliated with DePaul. Be sure to go through the library’s A-Z Databases list when you\u2019re looking for a database to search (you’ll see it on our home page just below the large search box).<\/p>\nBest of luck with finals!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
