The DePaul University community has made it through autumn quarter almost entirely online and that is a huge accomplishment! Congratulations on persevering through what was no doubt a challenging time.<\/span><\/p>\n The DePaul University Library has taken many precautions and safety measures<\/a> to allow students to enter the building with limited access and we hope that you\u2019ve been able to utilize this service to study or to request library materials. Even though we are trying to create a new normal under these circumstances, we still like to keep some things the same. Together, the university will celebrate Brain Fuel Week with games, puzzles, coloring, and other activities throughout the week. This is an important tradition leading up to finals for good reason! Study breaks help us unwind, de-stress, and re-focus.<\/p>\n Though we won\u2019t be spending long hours in the library preparing for finals this quarter, taking a moment to unwind is more important than ever. DePaul Library staff have put together a guide of resources for a virtual study break featuring art & music, movies, games, and more.<\/p>\n Need a break? Here are a few suggestions!<\/p>\n Work on a puzzle:<\/strong><\/a> Puzzles are a staple of our in-person Brain Fuel Week activities. Why not spend a few minutes with a digital jigsaw puzzle or use a favorite photo to create your own and share it with your friends? If puzzles aren\u2019t your thing, check out some suggestions for online games that you can play with friends in real-time.<\/p>\n Watch a movie:<\/a><\/strong> As a DePaul student, you have access to thousands of streaming videos through the library. Hundreds of feature films, recorded theatrical performances, and so many fantastic documentaries.<\/p>\n
