We’ve heard good feedback about the new course reserves system we launched last summer! Instructors are now able to more easily discover new resources and integrate them into courses with the library search feature. Reading lists can be sorted by week, by theme or by format. Students have easier access to both digital and print resources. The new system provides a similar feel across platforms and course lists and a more mobile-friendly interface. And as always, students save money when instructors use course reserves in lieu of a traditional textbook.

While the library is closed during the Holiday Break, our Course Reserves guide will take you through the request process step by step from accessing course reserves to adding items to your list to sharing your list with students.
Library staff will begin processing new course reserves requests when the library reopens in January. Processing times for materials vary, and requests will be processed in the order they are received. Questions for the Course Reserves Team will also be addressed when the library reopens in January.
