Images of work by French artist Georges Seurat have been added to the Image Collection website, including the Art Institute of Chicago’s popular painting, “A Sunday on La Grande Jatte–1884,” along with details and studies.
Additionally, images have been added in the following areas:
- The Parthenon and it’s sculptural programs
- The Paintings of Nicolas Poussin
- The Architecture of Andrea Palladio
- Indian Book Illustration from the Mughal period
