The Digital Liberal Arts Exchange (DLAx) is a national initiative to bring together expertise in the digital humanities and social sciences as part of a network of academic institutions dedicating faculty, technology, and library resources to digital scholarship programs.
DLAx Director Michael Roy, Dean of the Library at Middlebury College, will be at DePaul’s Lincoln Park Campus on May 11th, to discuss DLAx and the ways in which Chicago-area faculty and librarians might become involved in this project. With institutions around the city dedicating new resources to digital scholarship programs like DePaul’s Graduate Certificate in the Digital Humanities, this is an excellent opportunity to discuss how we can work together in new ways to support emergent programs in teaching, learning, and scholarship.
