Effective January 25, Contactless Pickup service hours at the John T. Richardson Library will be expanded to Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm. Service hours will continue Monday and Wednesday 12:00pm-4:00pm at the Loop Library.
Contactless Pickup is a way to borrow print books from the DePaul University Library in a safe, socially distant way while the Library buildings have limited service hours and access to facilities. The service is available to current DePaul students, faculty, staff, alumni, and I-share patrons and includes materials requested locally from our own library locations or via I-Share.
For more information and step-by-step instructions to request a book, visit our COVID-19 Library Services Guide. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can always Ask a Librarian for help.
Contactless pick-up service hours next week include:
January 18*, 19, 20 – CLOSED
January 21 – John T. Richardson Library 9am-5pm
January 22 – CLOSED
*The university is closed in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. AskALibrarian and all other library services will be closed as well.
Yikes; I see the Library is closed tomorrow, Wed. 20 January (right?); if so please ignore my previous email about arranging to pick up a book on hold for me on interlibrary loan. Instead: May I please do this pick on MONDAY 25 JANUARY @ NOON? The Daley Library of the UIC is giving me until Tuesday 26 January. Thank you!
Hi Simone, thanks for getting in touch. I think we just cleared it up via email but let us know if you still have questions. Alexis
