The DePaul University will be closed December 23rd through January 2nd for the annual holiday break. During this time, we will temporarily disable the following services: local item requesting, I-share requesting, and interlibrary loan (book and article requests normally accessible through LibrarySearch). These services will resume January 3rd when the Library reopens at the start of winter quarter.
If you need to use physical library materials over the holiday break, we recommend that you either place your requests through LibrarySearch before Monday December 20th or visit the Library to check out physical items by Noon on Wednesday December 22nd. If you have any questions, please contact us at Ask A Librarian. We’re here to help.
E-resources and E-books will remain available during the library closure.
Although the Library is physically closed, access will still be available to full-text articles, e-books and digital media titles including streaming audio and video. Online help will also be available in the form of research guides and video tutorials.
Need to return a book? Use our book drop outside our doors next to the quad. See our FAQ for details and location.
Need to find e-books? Use LibrarySearch on the DePaul University Library website.
